I do not believe anyone intends to be unethical…It’s a matter of owning our shortcomings and being willing to sacrifice a little to provide an ethical work space. If this means spending a tired evening emailing and DM’ing with models to communicate properly about upcoming bookings when we really just want to lay down, so be it.
